The College of Agriculture, Engineering and Science Teaching and Learning Office in partnership with the University of KwaZulu-Natal Teaching and Learning Office will be hosting the 7th UKZN Academic Monitoring and Support Colloquium. The theme of this AMS colloquium is Alignment of Academic Monitoring and Support to Curriculum Transformation in South African Higher Education Institutions. The question that this colloquium seeks to answer is: are our Academic Monitoring and Support (AMS) programmes aligned to curriculum transformation and how effective are the curriculum transformation initiatives in these AMS programmes? The colloquium will provide an opportunity to discuss the curriculum transformation initiatives, its efficiency and effectiveness in AMS, and exploring new ways in which curriculum transformation can enhance AMS programmes.
